Study review spelling & vocab all week to prepare for Friday's test!!!

AR task: Write a summary each night (Mon.-Th.) of what you read in your AR book that day. The summaries should be at least 3 sentences long and explain what is happening in the story. (We discussed this task at length in class today.)

Final RAFT writing assignment is due Tues. Please also have your rough draft with the "Conventions" square stapled to it to turn in with the final version.

Remember that WOWs are due Wed.

This month's genre is MYSTERY! Read and quiz on a mystery before the end of the month. This month's project will be explained after Fall Break, but it will be more along the lines of a book report than an actual project.

If you have yet to make a 100% on your multiplication speed test, be sure to study! Test this Thurs. @ recess!

Parent Night is Tues. at 6 PM. You will be glad that you attended!

Don't forget that next week is Fall Break! No school from 10/10 to 10/18!
